Karen Evans started in an Australian Tech Start-up in 2004 when there were only nine employees. Ten years later the business had over 100 people in three continents, and she was the Managing Director - a role she held for over five years until she left to go it alone.

In the world of high tech software she’d come to realise it was the soft skills that
really made a difference. That really helped supercharge growth. So here we are.

Talent Flare was born from a healthy respect for other people, and a common sense approach to an industry she felt was ripe for disruption.

Our Team
